Emma studied Chinese Medicine at the Northern College of Acupuncture in York, and currently runs a practice at Wetherby Osteopaths and from her home town of Pudsey, West Yorkshire. She is a fully registered member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) which maintains common standards of ethics, discipline and practice to ensure full safety and well being of the public.
Emma says, “Chinese Medicine is a fascinating subject to study. It provides us with the opportunity to look at the human body and disease from a different perspective. It is this opportunity that opens the door for many people to benefit from acupuncture”.
“I have a keen interest in pain management and I am currently researching the benefits of acupuncture for sufferers of Trigeminal Neuralgia.”
